Your data, your device, your account.

Telework Tracker ("the app") is published by Görkem Tanagardigil, independent developer ("we"). Contact: gtanagardigil@gmail.com. This policy describes what data the app and this website process, why, and your rights under the GDPR.
What the app processes
- Telework log — the days you record (date, type, duration, optional note). Legal basis: performance of the contract (providing the service).
- Location (Pro feature) — office geofencing is processed on device. The app stores presence sessions (arrival/departure times and the office name you chose) — never a continuous GPS trail. Location is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
- Account (optional) — email or Sign in with Apple if you choose to sync. In guest mode everything stays local on your device.
- Subscription — purchases are processed by Apple; RevenueCat manages entitlements via a pseudonymous app identifier. We never see your payment details.
Where the data lives
Synced data (log, offices, sessions, profile) is hosted by Supabase on servers in the European Union (AWS, eu-west-1). No advertising SDKs, no trackers, no behavioural analytics, no data sale.
This website
The waitlist stores your email and the page language (Supabase, EU) for the sole purpose of notifying you at launch. One message, then deletion on request. This site uses no tracking cookies.
Processors
- Apple — app distribution and payments
- RevenueCat — subscription management (receipts, pseudonymous identifier)
- Supabase — hosting of synced data (EU)
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Deleting the account (Profile → Delete account, or by email) removes your server data. Local data is removed with the app or via "Delete all data".
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection: write to gtanagardigil@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (for Belgium: the Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be).
