How is the threshold calculated?
The base threshold is 34 days per calendar year. The app prorates it to your working time (80% gives 27 days — rounding is always down) and to your start date if you join mid-year. Any fraction of a day counts as a full day, half-days included. If you exceed the limit, all days become taxable — not just the excess.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Telework Tracker → Cancel. Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid. Billing is handled entirely by Apple.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Delete account (confirmation required). This removes your server data; local data is removed with the app. If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.
Does the app track my location continuously?
No. Geofencing (a Pro feature) only reacts to entering and leaving the office zones you defined, and processing happens on device. No continuous GPS trail is ever stored.
Are the app's numbers legally binding for taxes?
The app is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice. The PDF report is designed to be reviewed and signed by your employer; if in doubt about your situation, consult a tax adviser.
